(Working with me every 4 weeks, package is to be renewed after 4 weeks. I do not extend plans. If you decide you did not train hard enough during the 4 weeks, you cannot extend it.)

Posing correctly on stage will help you showcase your strengths. It also helps you exude confidence. Everyone is built slightly different, but practice will help you present your physique as best as you can.

A step by step coaching session with me will take out all of the guess work.
