ALL PACKAGE RULES: 

(Working with me every 4 weeks, package is to be renewed after 4 weeks. I do not extend plans. If you decide you did not train hard enough during the 4 weeks, you cannot extend it.)

Emails and texts will be answered in 24-48 hours.

Phone calls will be taken between the hours of 9 am - 7 pm. If I do not answer allow me 24 hours. If you cannot reach me via phone, please text or email questions or concerns in detail. I will return the call or text as soon as I can.

1. Select package. Please send front, left side, right side, and rear full body pics to kellylynnfit@gmail.com.

2. Specify your current diet for 48 hours in detail.

3. I will email you within 48 hours.
