MOTIVATION

Competitors are not the only ones with a need to change their bodies, I coach everyone from those who want to lose weight to people who need to get healthy due to a medical condition. I don't discriminate. I do, however, want every client of mine to see their program through and follow my diet and training plans as best as possible to achieve their maximum results. Through trainer/client communication, every goal can be accomplished. I want to teach each and every client as much as possible so they can understand the reasons why they are doing what I am having them do

There is nothing stopping you but you. If you feel like you're stuck, I'm here. I work hard to help everyone achieve their potential. I will continue on my personal journey to teach what I know best. Every certification, every seminar, and every book read was studied to help best accommodate my client's individual needs.

If you believe it, you can achieve it. That's always been my motto. I love a confident person. Confidence comes from experience. It comes from being able to pick yourself up after falling down. WHAT THE JUDGES ARE LOOKING FOR:

Symmetry: From top to bottom and from the side.  The glute/ ham tie-in is basically the tie-breaker when it comes to competition. There is a lot to be said about conditioning. The front of the body can look amazing, but the rear is the side of the body that determines a winner.

Nothing screams conditioning to the judges like the most neglected part of the body, the glutes and hamstrings. That's right, the butt. Judges can tell how much time you put in to those glutes. So work them hard and concentrate on the contraction when you work them.

STAGE PRESENCE

Be YOU on stage so you can have a signature walk, move, turn...it's about individuality. Do not fully copy others, once you learn the mandatory poses, don't change anything.  You gotta trust the coach and yourself.

FAT BURNING COFEE SCRUB

This is the best fat burning scrub known to date, caffeine has been proven to decrease fat cells under the skin. One of the best known coffee scrub recipes I have compiled here:

DIY RECIPE:
1 cup ground coffee
1 cup white or brown sugar
1/2 cup olive, almond, or macadamia nut oil
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
Blend all of these ingredients together and store it in an airtight container.

Massage the scrub in circles on skin in the areas you need to concentrate on for fat loss. After a few weeks, those areas will have a greatly reduced appearance of fat and cellulite.

ANTI-AGING SKIN CARE

Ladies and Gents, it is important to love the skin you're in. A few amazing and cheap methods to get smooth, healthy skin is to take the following steps weekly:

1. Epsom salt baths 1-2 days per week
2. Cocoa butter or body butter lather daily
3. EFA's daily
4. L-tyrosine and borage oil

This is a good start to having beautiful skin...Just a few tips I've learned over the years.

AMAZING FAT FLUSHING WATER

DIRECTIONS:

First, you'll need 3 1/2 to 4 quarts of water in a pitcher. Use filtered water to make sure it is pure.
Thoroughly wash one lemon. Slice it thin, and add it to the water. You don't need to squeeze the juice out, just drop the slices in.
Peel and thinly slice one cucumber, and add to the water. Add 12 fresh, clean mint leaves.
Next, you will need one teaspoon of finely grated ginger. Make sure it is fresh ginger, not the dried powder from your spice rack. Add the ginger to the water.
Give it a quick stir, cover and place in the refrigerator over night. Drink it chilled throughout the following day.
Make a fresh batch every three to four day.
